2026 Food Vendor Application Closed

Thank you for your interest in vending at CBUS Soul® Fest on Sept. 4-5, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio!

CBUS Soul® Fest is seeking food vendors that will provide patrons with soul food and a unique variety of menu options.

All food vendors wishing to participate must first complete an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants must create an account when completing the application. Once an account is created, applicants will have the ability to save and return to their application until it is submitted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.

First consideration will be given to applications submitted by Monday, April 6, 2026.
